To keep weight off I eat a Chia Acai Energy Bar. It has 290 calories and it is larger than your average energy bar and it fills me up. It has 41 grams of total carbohydrates and 6 grams of total fiber. I belong to a Diabetes program from my insurance. I checked and these are fine for a meal. The major ingredients are Chia, Acai, Sweet Cactus Farms Natural Agave, White Tea, Organic Cinanamon, and Virgin Unrefined Coconut oil.
